Forget about any European drinking or sipping hot chocolate you've tasted so far, unless you've been to Europe and tasted REAL European hot chocolate. Many hot chocolates sold here as European are just brands from Europe and it's usually just grinded chocolate. In Europe, if it's not thick and rich in flavour, than it's called cocoa, not hot chocolate.
